"The hotel’s location was excellent and made it very convenient to get around and explore the island. The food was also enjoyable, with a good variety and quality throughout my stay. However, the staff could have been more welcoming and attentive. While they were professional, the level of warmth and hospitality was lacking, which affected the overall experience. With friendlier customer service, this hotel would be an even better place to stay."

"Could not swim in the sea because of the sargassam seaweed which also brought a smell to the vicinity. Main pool opened at 8am so could not get 8n an early morning swim. Breakfast was limited to mostly local cuisine such as salt fish. Egg station was good and offered options. Cereal was limited to oats. Fruits was limited to a selection of 2 fruits. Upper walkway to room was closed due to erosion."
