This place was adorable with the home and that i was actually able to cook in the kitchen, the bedroom was clean, the bathroom was phenomenal and that it was extremely hospital of them providing some small things. This place goes way over the top when it comes to providing you an experience and that the coziness of the farm like stay is amazing. "This property was exactly as described and the host very accomodating. Clean, convenient, comfortable & cozy! Our Party of 4 stayed here while showing at the World Equestrian Center for a 4-day show. The property location was just a few minutes away from the WEC and the beautiful, serene setting was a bonus. This will definitely be our go-to place when in Wilmington. See you next year!"

"It was very clean the owner was very nice at check in. The only complaint i would have was the lack of thermostat in the unit it was very hot and i barely slept during our stay. However i prefer to sleep like a polar bear lol so not everyone's cup of tea. I was sad we didnt get to fish due to the rain but we had a very nice weekend."

She put a lot of thought into the apartment and insured maximum comfort for relaxing at the end of a day of sightseeing and shopping. The town of Milford is right out of a storybook and offers cute shops and restaurants for walking about in the area and the apartment sits in the middle of convenient grocery stores and attractions. "Extremely nasty dirty place. Urine all over the toilet seat and hair. Bathtub dirty sink dirty kitchen dirty. Flies everywhere. Mold on walls. Missing outlet covers. Unfinished walls. Front door lock didnt work at 1 point. Rotten food in the refrigerator and drawers of the cabinets. "

"The property was just like the pictures. The booking was thru VRBO but then another company Grand Welcome took over then they wanted me to check in with Super Hog. I had to call and make sure it was not a scam and we would have a place to stay. I thought too many people asking for information was unnecessary. There were no pans to cook anything. "The Cozy Bee cottage was perfect for us! Everything was exactly as described and we had everything we needed for a perfect weekend celebration for our Xavier graduate! Super cute upgrades everywhere, quiet walkable neighborhood and the kitchen is simply amazing. Would definitely stay again!!"
