"Great place but communication is poor. "

"The condo is as described and has lots of light. Plenty of space for two couples or a small family. The weather was variable while we were there so we used both the gas fireplace and the deck that faces the ocean! The location is close to great restaurants and our dog enjoyed walking the neighborhood and down to the ocean. Would highly recommend!"

Bright walls and tasteful nautical decor are calming and will remind you you’re steps from the beach. The location is wonderful and close to many places a traveler will need. We would stay again. A brand new building and rooms with well-designed floor plans with a water view from every room will sure to please. Watching the sunrise from the balcony is spectacular!"

"This place was super nice ! I feel that we may have been the first ones to stay in this. Newly renovated, everything in working order as described. The property was exactly as described and spotless. I didn't feel that the yard was usable. There was a tenant living downstairs (who was very nice to us) but we felt that the yard was hers and did not want to intrude. The floors were not level in some places in the apartment, but it did not cause us any issues. It might cause someone a problem if...
