"We lived in Harrogate for many years and came back to visit friends - the location of the flat was perfect and allowed for easy movement within the city. The check in process was easy peasy as was communication. The only (small) downside is the noise on Friday and Saturday night. The flat is in a very popular area and it can get loud in the master bedroom. Although we were able to sleep through most of it. Will definitely book again!"

"The location of the apartment was great, very central and minutes away from the convention centre. The apartment was very clean and had comfortable beds. The only down side was the communication, I sent a message to the property through hotels.com and didn’t receive an answer so emailed the owner directly and still didn’t get a reply. The car park is also very small. We were made aware of this before we arrived but it was even smaller than expected, our estate car hung out into the road so we...

"We enjoyed a wonderful short stay at Milton House. Communication by the owner Jo was excellent throughout - from the initial booking to departure. The location is wonderful - within a lovely small village with spectacular scenery, friendly people, and several choices of eateries The accommodation itself is maintained immaculately. The owners obviously takes a great deal of pride in their home, and in providing a wonderful experience to those why stay there. Standards of cleanliness...

"This property is a short walk from everywhere. About 10 mins from station and 5 mins from almost everything else (shops/pubs/bars/turkish baths). As well as its convenient location, the property itself is very clean and well equipped. Our one small issue is the bed was a bit lumpy but would definitely consider staying again"

"The property hadn’t been cleaned since the previous tenant. Had to find own alternative for the first night, and property not ready until 5.15 on second night. I don’t know who is responsible for scheduling cleaning, but this was a terrible start to what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend. "

"A nice second floor flat (no lift) with two small double bedrooms, 1 ensuite shower, and a separate bathroom with overbath shower, Comfy beds, hairdryer and mirrors. In a quiet bit of the older part of town (although a modern building) within easy walking distance to centre, station and parks. Own parking space - bit tight to exit parking round sharp corner. Good communication from owner and instruction manual provided. TV has some subscription chanels. Washing up liquid, cloths, oven gloves...

"Absolutely loved our stay from start to finish. The property was decorated for Christmas with a tree on arrival. Excellent facilities, WiFi, washing machine and super cooking area. The breakfast across the street included was super fresh fruit, full English, full menu available included. We've booked again for December this year. "Julie was very welcoming prior to our arrival and she made us feel at ease( we had an issue with the payment). Beautiful property, amazing views, peaceful and quiet! Not to mention the bonus of the hot tub with the stunning views!"

"Beautiful cosy and comfortable cottage ideally situated in the glorious setting of Grassington. Local pubs and food were great. People very friendly and welcoming. Stunning scenery and even managed to see Wharfdale play rugby on Saturday (yes they won). Would definitely come back, almost forgot an epic trip to Wensleydale to the cheese makers. Absolutely fascinating and lots of cheese purchased"
