"The property and hotel in general were very clean. The staff was very helpful- we did book transportation via water taxi through their services and we arrived 15 minutes late due to plane delays and they do disclose they will not wait, I was not able to be properly connected with anyone to talk about alternative times for them to pick us up. We pivoted to using the public water taxi nearby but it was frustrating being transferred multiple times and no resolution. Otherwise the staff was very professional and friendly. Our favorite memory form staying here was our waiter in the bar located below, Sam. Sam was extremely friendly and a pleasure to visit every night. He took the time to talk with us and he really made our stay here memorable. We thank him for all of his kindness!"

"Very convenient hotel near the airport. Have to call for mini bus shuttle. Pickup under the water tower out front. 5 minute ride. Hotel is multiple buildings. To go into Venice catch the #5 bus. Quite crowded ride but easy. Get off at the end on the Grand Canal and take water taxi to San Marco plaza."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the NH Collection Venezia Murano Villa. The hotel is beautiful, with stylish decor and a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything about the hotel felt comfortable and peaceful. It was a lovely place to come back to and unwind after a busy day exploring Venice."

"While this hotel is rather dated, it was reasonably priced and met our needs. Staff were more than helpful, on all shifts. Rooms are fairly small but for two nights it worked."
