"A Wonderful Experience Everything about this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The cleanliness, the service, and the hospitality were excellent from beginning to end. The restaurant and buffet were fantastic, with plenty of variety and everything very well prepared. I also want to give a special thank you to the housekeeping staff and the wonderful employees at the hotel shop. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Thank you for making our stay such a pleasant and memorable experience. We truly enjoyed every moment and would happily come back again! ❤️✨"

"Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Room to use if leaving after check out. Food and drinks reasonable and good price. Is a 25 minute walk downhill to the front. Advise to get a local taxi back. Lots available and much cheaper than uber. Adult only pool perfect 👌"

"Fantastic stay. Most relaxed holiday - beach/pool, eat, sleep and repeat. Loved the location - can easily walk to los cristianos old town one way, and las americas and beyond the other. we had a room overlooking the beach - sunbeds only 6 euros - and excellent beach restaurant - which was perfect. Connected rooms a bonus. Rooms Cleaned every day. Lovely pool - with new towels every day. Hotel pool bar with nice and reasonable menu. Breakfast in the morning accompanied by a pianist was delightful - so much choice. Every member of staff was lovely. Can get a taxi for about 10 euros to get between places, ie Del duque / fanabe. Restaurant recommendations: Essenza - 30 min walk - best views, arrive before sunseet. Oro di Napoli - los Cristianos old town - the best pizzas (and cheap!). Limonella - Italian - book in advance. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"We had a fantastic stay overall. The apartment was a good size, and the kitchen was well equipped with all the appliances we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the lovely balcony was a great addition. The only issues we experienced were with the air conditioning. The bedroom unit seemed to bring in an unpleasant sewage-like smell whenever it was switched on, which unfortunately continued throughout our stay. The living room air-conditioning unit also started leaking at one point, but this was dealt with and fixed immediately. The reception staff were all extremely friendly, helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything. Despite the minor issues with the air conditioning, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the apartment."

"The hotel overall is good, the staff who clean the room & reception are every good, the staff who set tables at breakfast are good, but the staff who cook breakfast can sometimes be very rude. The WiFi at the hotel needs to be much better as we found it very poor. It cuts out & is atrocious at the pool area. The kids pool is good."

"Venue is wonderful and beautiful. However, for a 5* hotel and the brand The Ritz-Carlton, it could certainly do with some improvements. 1) Pool cleanliness: the pool is very filthy. We stayed for a week ar Tivoli before coming to the Ritz. The Tivoli Hotel pool is meticulously clean. The Ritz seems to not clean their pool regularly. Very disappointing for a 5* hotel. 2) TXOKO poolside restaurant: poor quality food at horrendous prices. Dry meat, pasta with no taste, croquettes for €6 that are less than a bite. Compare this to Tivoli Hotel restaurants by Chef Olivier where they serve real tasty food. TXOKO gets 4/10 from me. 3) Breakfast: options not great, food not great quality, and staff are overworked and stressed. We were served pre-cooked cold fried eggs, and bad coffee in half filled cups from the machine. I wonder who inspected their 5* rating. 4) Lobby smells of diapers and not a great experience to be in. Most luxury hotels smell luxurious and wonderful, you would want to be in the lobby. 5) Check-in vs Check-out: totally different treatment by staff during check-in vs check-out. Both at restaurants (TXOKO) and with the bag storage in the lobby. It’s as if they know you’re about to leave so they treat you differently. Apart from the above, I think this place could be wonderful if they improved these points. Would rate this place 4.5/5* until they work on the above points."
