This hotel is located away from the crowdy parts of Tenerife.Huge,spacious rooms they offer and the bed size was also exceptional.the staff was really nice. It is a 5 star hotel indeed.

The views from this hotel were amazing. Staff and other visitors were all very friendly. Nightly entertainment was fantastic and I LOVED watching the mid morning workouts in the pool. The instructor seemed very enthusiastic. Our room was good, except we had two twins pushed together instead of a single bed. We also had large cockroaches in our room and on the patio. Pleasant surprise to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom. The condo was well designed with large terrace - perfect for the gorgeous view. Kitchen was well appointed with everything needed to cook meals and there was plenty of storage for clothing and personal belongings. This is a perfect paradise getaway! The beautiful grounds,the gorgeous weather, it is absolutely removed from the noise and hustle of the world, and I felt totally refreshed and renewed at the end of our trip. The staff were exceptional. We had a complication in our arrival, and accommodations were immediately made for us. Amazing hotel, 8 pools, shows every night, very nice rooms. What we didn’t like is that we had to commit 180€ from the pool bar for using the pool bed and they charge 2€ Just for calling the waitress. But overall 5* !!

Beautiful historic building! Best breakfast of the whole trip!!

The hotel staff is very welcoming. The hotel is relatively small, has a local flavor, is very well maintained and very nice. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of food. The hotel room is not large, but it is confortable. Location is great, across from the town`s beach and pool. There are many restaurants close by. Overall this hotel has everything that you should expect from a local hotel.

One of the finest resorts I have stayed in. Amazing restaurants, beautiful grounds, pristine rooms and helpful, friendly staff. Close to a great beach and only 10 mins walk from the main town area with a lot of bars, restaurants and other activities. Would definitely return for a second visit when I get the chance!

I appreciate the foliage and attention to detail in design. The 24/7 service was superb!
