"Hotel in ideal position,5-15 mins from supermarket,restaurants,beach and main square. Bus station is 3 mins walk. Checking was easy. Rooms are ok but could do with a update. Swimming pool/area was well kept. I rented a in-room safe which didn't work (battery needed replacing) went to reception and was offered a security box till it was replaced, it was replaced with-in 2-3 hours. I would stay here again because for the price it is ideal. "

"Apartment is duplex, very good location, lots of space, sea view on upper floor balcony, big lcd tv with soundbar, kitchen had everything for cooking even dishwasher was there, everything was very good. Except Queen bed was too hard to sleep on and swiming pool was too cold to swim in December. Sea was warmer than upper swimming pool which was stated that is heated? Lower big pool was very cold to swim in. I give it 4 of 5 stars. Property is very recommended :)"

"The team was exceptional and accommodating. Our room had an issue with the shower and engineer came to check but was not fixed which was a bit of a pain as we were a party of 5 and ended uses one shower. Apart from that definitely recommend and easy walking distance to restaurants and Aqualand. "

Even 4 complimentary small bottles of water and a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge waiting for you. The location is great within a short walk to the beach and plenty of very good local restaurants. Also not far to walk to connect with all major bus routes. "The apartment is on 3rd floor but we were not aware there were 59 stairs to climb each time. Bit of a struggle carrying cases when we arrived. Think it needs to be made clear on the description because some people may not be capable of climbing that number of stairs and need to know before they book it. Also it would’ve been useful to have some local details in the apartment. For example nearest pharmacy, medical centre, refuse bins, bus services, market days, places to visit, taxi services...

"Overall very good complex have stayed here a few times before. However I felt this time the bar/kitchen staff are over worked. We sat more than 15 minutes on more than 1 occasion waiting for our food order to be taken when it was busy at lunch/dinner. Also feel the kid’s entertainment wasn’t as good as previous years. They never seem to come around to inform you of what’s happening. Just felt a little half hearted at times but they were lovely people."

"Serg was a great hosts. Check in was made really easy. We were met at the appartment shown how everything worked. Serg even had the fridge filled with water, beer and wine .appartment was spotless the complex was great with a heated pool and the pool bar has great food and drink there is also day time intertainment. "We had a great stay at the palm beach. Entertainment at the pool or in the evening each day we stayed which was a great bonus. Lots of amenities at the hotel area too, 2 mins to the strip and the cafe type shop that makes toasties/baguettes just outside the hotel was amazing!!"

"Although located a 20-30 minute walk to the beach the room and balcony are large and the apartment had great views of the ocean. Centre of Playa de las Americas only a 20-minute drive away. Would stay again."
