"We had a great stay at Tru. Very close to Hersheypark, so the location is convenient. The room was very clean. We stayed for 2 nights and I wasn’t expecting the room to be cleaned after the first night, but it was, which was awesome. What really stood out though was the staff. From check-in to housekeeping to just passing staff in the hallway, everyone was incredibly professional and friendly. I haven’t experienced that level of customer service outside of Disney, so that was great. My only knock on it would be that the room was a little tight with the furniture. I had a room with two queen beds and found myself knocking into the corners of the furniture quite a few times. The one bed was pretty close to the wall, which made it a bit difficult to get into and out of. It was fine for us, but certainly not roomy. Still, I’d absolutely stay again. "

"We originally booked a pool view room not knowing that outside the window was the pool with kids running around, however that was on us. But i let the front staff know and they immediately changed our room. After that the stay was great, quite, no issues and the hotel itself was very nice. Would definitely stay again, just be warned about the pool view rooms."

"The front desk staff was very nice and seemed to show interest in each peraon checking in asking what brought us to the hotel and offering information about why each gueat was there. House keeping staff was very friendly, very quick and very thorough."
