Grassy Waters - GOODYEAR LAKE -  Grassy Waters is located on the northern channel of the lake; it has a double lot which provides a large, level side yard. Grassy waters is convenient to all area baseball tournaments - in Cooperstown and Oneonta.

This immaculate summer cottage enjoys a gentle approach to the water and a private dock. The open deck facing the water is an ideal location for outdoor seating and dining. There is an enclosed sunroom across the width of the cottage overlooking the lake.

The fully equipped, eat-in kitchen has a cathedral ceiling and a bistro height dining table. The tasteful décor is inviting and comfortable.  Your hosts provide a 42" SMART TV and a foosball table for family entertainment. Canoe, kayak, and stand up paddle board rentals available nearby.

Great little spot!

This spot was perfect! We were 15 mins away from Dreams Park. Away from the chaos but close enough to not feel out of touch! The house itself had everything we needed! Perfect view and porch to relax on! Perfect bonus room! Would definitely stay at this spot again!

Cozy Cottage on the lake

Property was perfect for my family while we attended CASV for the week. The wishing poles, fire pit, bikes and just everything in general were great! We enjoyed our time and would definitely consider Grassy Waters again in the future. Pam and Teena were great to deal with and communication was amazing!

This house has everything you need !

Our family of 4 minus the player stayed here for son’s baseball tournament at Dreams Park. The drive to Dreams Park is about a 15 min drive each way which is an easy drive with little traffic. The location is conveniently close to Dreams Park and also Cooperstown. This home has all the amenities you need for that home away from home feeling . The kitchen is fully stocked with every kitchen supply you can think of. Very comfortable living area with clean and modern furniture. Awesome rear outside deck! Our boys did some fishing right out the back yard and caught/released many varieties of fish. My only complaint is with our busy baseball schedule, I wish we could’ve enjoyed the property more , hopefully next time! A/C worked perfectly for the hot humid week we had this week. The laundry washer/dryer is a huge plus too. The beds/bedding are comfortable and we all slept great. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the Cooperstown area.
