"I loved my room and the Amazing View. I did not care for the pool. It was extremely dirty. We left at 8pm, due to the dirty pool. We decided not to leave in the morning. I was disappointed to see the resort got rid of the outdoor pool and the pool table in the bar area. It was replaced by a cheaper restaurant. The restaurant in the back of the hotel"

"Our stay at this VRBO was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully prepared and welcoming and they even had a nice local bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. The home was spotless and stocked with all the little touches that make travel easier when away from home, a fully equipped kitchen, and clear, helpful instructions.The location was perfect! It was peaceful, convenient, and exactly as described. We loved starting our mornings on the front porch and ending our evenings relaxing in the cozy living space. It truly felt like a home away from home.Our hosts were exceptional in every way. They were responsive, kind, and clearly committed to providing a great experience. We’ve stayed in other rentals over the years, and this one stands out as one of the very best. We will absolutely be returning."

"My family had a wonderful stay! Louise is a fantastic host an ensured that we were very comfortable at the property. Immacculate and within a short walk distance to the Alex Bay main street. The outdoor area of the property has a lovely overlook of the waterfront with comfortable adirondak chairs surrounding a beautiful firepit. Excellent property for groups/families. Each room has its own air conditioning unit ensuring everyone can adjust the temperature to their desired comfort level. The property is a charming renovated historic home with a few low ceilings which warrent extra caution for those gifted with height over 6'2"ft."

"Our stay at this boathouse in the Thousand Islands was absolutely wonderful! Zach and Nancy are fantastic hosts. Zach's customer service is impeccable - communicative, responsive, and incredibly gracious.The boathouse is adorable, cozy, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, air conditioning, and thoughtful amenities made us feel right at home. It's located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets that made every day feel extra special. Parking is easy and located right in front of the home. This was our first visit to the Thousand Islands, and it exceeded our expectations. We are taking home memories that will last a lifetime. We were especially grateful that Zach and Nancy welcomed pets, allowing us to bring our two small dogs along to enjoy the trip with us.We highly recommend staying here."
