"We stayed in the 2 bedroom efficiency. The room was extremely clean. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff were very nice. There was no common sitting area but each bedroom had its own tv. Only the smaller bedroom had a door which was fine for our one night stay. Nice little kitchenette. Parking lot could have used some maintenance but it had been raining a lot. We would stay here again."

"Our stay at this boathouse in the Thousand Islands was absolutely wonderful! Zach and Nancy are fantastic hosts. Zach's customer service is impeccable - communicative, responsive, and incredibly gracious.The boathouse is adorable, cozy, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, air conditioning, and thoughtful amenities made us feel right at home. It's located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets that made every day feel extra special. Parking is easy and located right in front of the home. This was our first visit to the Thousand Islands, and it exceeded our expectations. We are taking home memories that will last a lifetime. We were especially grateful that Zach and Nancy welcomed pets, allowing us to bring our two small dogs along to enjoy the trip with us.We highly recommend staying here."

"The property was amazing with the dock accessible for our rental boats, the large backyard and great outdoor space. The inside was spacious and bedroom furniture and living area furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen met all of our needs.The property is so accessible to downtown Alex Bay stores and restaurants with just a couple minute walk.The hosts were very accommodating. My wife is allergic to blue dye and i failed to ask about the laundry detergent used on the linens until the last minute. They went out of their way and rewashed all the linens before we got there. Can not ask for a better experience in the Thousand Islands"
