"Arrived and travelled in from Hamburg central station, Berlinner Torr is nearest station . At time of review there is an awful lot of road works and rebuilding of the transport hub there. This meant lugging suitcases up and down about 70 steps. However if you go out the hub and further along main road there's a cut through in a park with ramps. Hotel staff friendly and helpful and place was spotless, nice modern contemporary vibe to the place. Breakfast was great with a large buffet selection...
"Aufgrund eines Strom- und Internetausfalls war das Personal überfordert. Zudem ist das Personal leider nicht qualifiziert und geschult.
Zudem befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel eine große Baustelle, so dass man nicht mehr ab den frühen Morgenstunden schlafen kann.
Keine Entschuldigung und Annehmlichkeiten für die Gäste!
