"We booked this room by default because other hotels in the Clarksdale, MS area were sold out, but we were very satisfied. The front desk staff were very nice, and happily gave us a late check out. Limited dining options (mostly fast food), but there was a little bakery a half mile down the road that was a great breakfast choice."

"A colleague of mine had a trip out to Lee County for work. We had heard about this hunting cabin as an alternative to staying at branded hotels up in Forrest City and decided to check it out. We really enjoyed it. So refreshing to wake up to the sound of birds and a beautiful view of the pond. Compliments to the owners on the choice of interior finishes. Seemed like there was use of reclaimed wood and other materials that presented as both rustic and comfortable."

"When I arrived there was garbage all over the front lawn, had to clean up big and small pieces of glass in the backyard, the heat never got above 68, the first night it 61* when we went to sleep. TV and internet doesn’t work, had to go buy a tv. Was never given any internet access codes."

"It was very clean, beds were comfortable. It was roomy to be small. The TV antenna picked up several stations. A couple things it could still use is mirror in the bathroom and a couple of large wall hooks for coats. Great stay!"
