"Apparent is in an old building so as is expected it needs some updates. However it was clean which makes a difference. The issue was with the air conditioner that wasn’t cooling, the fan was on but there wasn’t any cold air. Also, hot water is limited. After my kids took a shower me and my husband were left with luke warm, almost cold water. Nice and available owner."

As a result there is quite a bit of street noise, but that did not impact our stay at all. Bed was comfortable enough and there was a table and chairs, as well as shared kitchen and laundry facilities. The only real downside was the bathroom.
