"All staff were helpful, particularly Greg. I don't recall ever staying anywhere that was so quiet - bliss for sleep-deprived travellers. My only criticism is that I would have liked some information in the apartment about things like where the nearest grocery store was (but I found it fairly easily), etc."

"Being from the US we didn’t know how to get to and from the train stations. We walked a very long way around the first time. The second we took a taxi. The third time a taxi driver told us we could connect to the hotel from the train station with a very short walk and go through the tunnel. Would have been nice to know from the staff. Also the door to the pool you have to be observant. I’ve never seen some weird push button you have to push after you use your hotel card. Other than that...

"Very, very convenient to the Munich train station, but the downside to that is that it attracts folks that loiter on the streets, smoking and hanging out. Didn't really feel unsafe, just a little icky once you were beyond the front of the hotel. "
