"This is a charming little villa with its own olive and figue trees garden. Everything was very clean, all you need for a shorter or longer stay is there starting from the dishes to iron and washing maschine. We really enjoyed the big garden and the privacy the property offers. There are 3 different seating areas and a decent size pool. We were grilling almost every evening to take advantage of the warm summer evenings. The house itself is very nice and fits fine a family of 4 persons. A big thank you to Ervina who really made our stay perfect. We would absolutely recommend this nice villa for your holiday."

"A well appointed villa situated in a small village convenient for beaches, visiting local towns and nearby restaurants. Easily accessible from airport. Hosts very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Excellent welcome hamper - best we’ve ever had. Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. Highlights of our stay visiting Pula,Porec,Labin, Pazin and two boat trips (one very local from Krnica was excellent). Several interesting local beaches within 5-10 minute drive which would definitely recommend, and hosts gave very helpful suggestions both about these and local restaurants. Had a fantastic holiday plenty for two teenagers to enjoy as well."

"House in bad conditions, rooms and bathrooms not clean, very old. Swimming pool not usable, dishwasher not working. Wifi very poor. Air conditioning only in living room and not working. TV not working. Stairs from 1st floor down to ground floor very deep and dnagerous! Not usable. Windows without shutters."

"the good: very friendly staff, good location however be aware that the beach is full of rocks that can be dangerous to children if there are waves. the sea is beautiful, very clean water. 5* for the lady who greets guests at dinner, incredible attitude and genuine, loved meeting her daily! the bad: room and the furniture is more like a 3 star hotel (although it has some ingenious features like a location for bags under the closet, AC that runs on low when not in the room). the hallways look really bad (no lights or broken lights, broken ceiling). Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything above and next to you, we were lucky that we didn't have noisy guests near us. the food: there's a lot on offer (maybe too much) however the quality of ingredients is questionable, we tried many things and some tasted bad or were very bland. the coffee is simply bad, worse then supermarket coffee - not uncommon in Croatia (we asked for coffee from the bar at an extra price and it tasted exactly the same). The juices at the machine are simply horrible, my suggestion is to remove these altogether. With all this said, there was something OK to eat every day. If management would focus more on quality and less on quantity I'm sure the guests would appreciate it."

"Good choice at breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, all areas in hotel very clean. Pool , bar and area surrounding very good. Rooms very good with modern facilities, electric window blinds, heated bathroom floor and good storage. Very close to Marina, with shuttle service to nearby beach. Would recommend this hotel"
