"Enjoyed our stay again like last year. Still no pool working due to inspection needing to be done which is a bummer. Hotels.com should not have this hotel pop up with that being an amenity. Our tub had a bunch of water in it so we went to call the front desk & our phone was not working. I used my cell phone & she said, "someone will be right down." After waiting 2 hours we went to the lobby and waited for someone at the desk to never show so we left & I fixed the tub myself so we could shower. I mentioned it to the lady working again the next morning and she said she was changing shifts. Either way it was not addressed. We went to the breakfast & they had a nice variety of convenience type breakfast food. "

"We stayed here for my first time in TN when visiting for a friends wedding. When I walked in and the floor creaked I looked down to see the most beautiful refinished wood planks that are identical to the ones in the old Rexall Drugstore my grandparents owned when I was little. It brought tears to my eyes. The place is perfect. It is like I was keeping a second home somewhere that I go to. Everything I could need was there. The neighborhood is nice and felt safe. A great mexican food restaurant isn't far away by Walmart. It is a very soft bed."
