"From check-in until check-out, the staff at this property were amazing, professional and exhibited exceptional hospitality! I’d like to give special attention to Marco and Ludovica, who answered my many questions, helped with transportation and set me up with what I feel is the best room at the hotel (105)! The incredible view, 2-door corner balcony and cleanliness of the room made my stay that much more enjoyable. There were many great dining options close by and the expansive, inviting beach was only a 5 minute walk away. Be mindful that in the off-season, local buses are not in service, so transportation to and from this neighborhood will take extra planning. Grazie mille!!! "

"No cold water, with hot water coming out the taps, shower and even the toilet, indicating a leak which must be a health violation. They are aware of this and still provide drinking glasses by the sink. This has been the case for at least 3 months based on other reviews. Our room looked as if it hadn’t been redecorated since the hotels construction in the 80s, as if it had been waiting for us all that time."
