"This property is quite dated, with older furniture and finishes (paint was constantly peeling off the coffee table, old carpeting, etc.). There was also an unpleasant odor coming from the sink through our whole stay. Important to note that the property is not really walkable to Oak Bluffs or any beaches without walking on very busy roads (riding bikes to Oak Bluffs was a pretty easy trip). Overall, there are better options on MV for this price point."

"This small house provided a big relief in our trip. Located steps from the best lobster roll in town and about a block from the water, this is a FANTASTIC spot for getting away."

"The living room was moldy, the door doesn’t lock, the insects were in every room; including the bed, the kitchen tools were rusty, the floors were dirty, the place is a mess. The post states a gas grill; there’s only a charcoal grill without any charcoal, the post states resident beach parking pass; there was none, the post states a queen size bed; there wasn’t one. The kitchen floor was completely stripped of tile. Overall the house was dirty and a complete waste of money. The only nice thing...

"This property offered an exceptional experience during our stay. Ellen and Mary Gail went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, from the delightful breakfast served each morning to the freshly baked cookies available in the afternoon. These thoughtful touches truly enhanced our visit. The location is conveniently situated within walking distance of all that Edgartown has to offer, and for those feeling adventurous, Oaks Bluff is easily accessible by bike, with a rental shop conveniently located next door. We would definitely stay here again."
