"The temperature of the room was 13C, set at 25C,it never got any warmer all night, temperature outside -35C. The tub took 10 minutes to drain, the plumbing was assembled backwards with hot water coming out of the cold side. No coffee pot in room. Thin blankets, old mattress."

"A few friends and I stayed here overnight after a concert. Way cheaper than a hotel, and having a usable full kitchen is a huge plus. The host was very friendly and made sure we had water and tissue. The beds were very comfortable and the fans were a nice touch. We would stay here again! "

"This studio is large, bright and clean. You can see that the owners are trying hard to make it as comfortable as possible. Communication was timely. The backyard was large and beautiful. I enjoyed a movie as well as Prime and Netflix were available. You can hear the street earlier in the evening but when everything quiets down it is very quiet. There's also a water cooler in the room coffee available a microwave available an ironing board available. Overall I would recommend this place."
