"This property is truly one of a kind. The house is large and easily accommodates multiple families. It is an older home, so don't expect a ton of bells and whistles. But it is clean and large. The property is absolutely stunning! The view in the back of the home over the river valley looks like a computer background and the pool area was THE highlight of our trip. "This VRBO location is a wonderful remodel of downstairs, this quiet hosts live above with a separate entry. Spacious rooms, large closet space, new appliances include a laundry pair (although we didn't use those). The bath is gorgeous, but the shower door allows a bit of water to leak at the bottom. If you are a future guest, do the host a favor by wiping water overflow from the base at the door, before it drops down to possibly damage the floor. Otherwise perfect!"

"Veiw out front windows was impressive and relaxing. Space was cozy but not cramp. Notes left around the space made me smile and turned out to be very helpful in understanding how certain things worked. Clean, white, fluffy towels in the bathroom. While the refrigerator was small is suprisingly met all our needs. Freezer portion held and kept frozen a full 7 lbs bag of ice that we needed the next day for our cooler. Would stay here again."

"This was a clean, well stocked home. About a 3 minute drive to Sutter Creek old town. Traffic on the main road heading into Sutter Creek does not safely make it walkable. It worked well for 4 adults. We dealt with some “summer ants” but enjoyed the outdoor area and pool."

"Our stay was great! The house was extremely clean, bright, and quiet. The check in/ out process was easy, and we felt welcomed. We appreciated being able to bring pets. Our dog made us laugh when he kept returning to the full-length mirror to look at himself. The mountains were beautiful. We would stay here again."
