"I cant begin to thank you both for our stay last Sunday! From the moment we came in we were welcomed into your beautiful home with open arms. "Very quirky property, traditional French style in middle of St Valery with everything this beautiful town has to offer on the doorstep. Public parking available on the road just up from hotel. "Chance au Roy is situated in the countryside outside Aigneville. The accommodation is part of an estate, the owners living in a chateau the accommodation is in the grounds. It’s a beautiful setting but in need of some restoration. "House not very welcoming with chairs on table like a closed cafe. Also, bowls and cups had chips and cracks in them and a few not cleaned well. Saying that, host was very responsive and helpful and answered all our questions. Location was great and house was comfortable. You have to pay for parking on all roads but spaces right outside. Lovely area for cycling"

Staff very helpful - particularly Blaze (sorry if I've spelt it wrong) who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Only downside is that bedding and towels attract an extra change - it's within the detail of the Hotel listing so important that you read fully and consider taking your own if appropriate."

"Great stay in Hôtel La Villa Marine, comfortable room, friendly staff and a great, abundant breakfast for a reasonable price. Parking is limited, but there is paid parking nearby, at a reasonable cost for overnight stay whilst daily stay is a bit steeper. We had a great view over the tidal port and enjoyed the vicinity."
