"I don’t usually leave reviews, but I absolutely had to for this hotel — it was nothing short of magical. The decor felt like something straight out of Alice in Wonderland. Every corner is beautifully curated, with incredible attention to detail and a mix of modern and special antique furniture throughout. So much pattern and colour but still so elegantly done and perfectly styled. For the kids, the highlights were the giant gold spiral slide in the lobby, which they took down to breakfast every morning! They were also completely enchanted by the gorgeous carousel ride, which ran several times a day. On weekends, the fun continued with a dedicated children’s room filled with games and a mini cinema. There was always something for them to do. Everything has been thought of for families at this hotel. We couldn’t fault it and will absolutely return. Thank you for such a special stay. "

"Great experience. Only stayed at the hotel for 1 night but I tried to experience majority of things going on. Part of my night included two hours in their pool club, access to steam room, sauna, heated pool(s), service on day beds. Although because it does get quite busy it's hard to get a day bed near the upstairs pool, but if you want quiet there is a fire room away from the pool which has an ample amount of day beds. Staying in the medium JQ room which is higher up in the building, great design, able to cast to TV, and connect to Bluetooth speaker, mini bar (prices weren't too bad). Bed was interesting, it was a little softer than I would like but that's down to personal preference. Didn't get to experience the JQ bar, I believe it's closed certain days of the week. Had dinner at the Gogogaga restaurant, wasn't really a fan of the food. The drinks were good. Drinks at the lobby bar was nice, background music and can play games with friends I definitely would stay again. I would like to try the large rooms, and try the Jacyz rooms (which are lower in the building so don't have much of a view but are cheaper)"

"Beautiful hotel with amazing breakfast. Room was okay no phone in the room plus the temperature could not go up more than 21.5 in the room and during April is still chilli in Sweden. There is still construction going in the area so if you’re renting a car you need to park further since hotel parking is pretty pricey. Overall nice hotel with great breakfast close to the shopping malls."

"This hotel is located right in the middle of the city right next to the central station and the main shopping mall. Easy walking distance to everything you need close by or hop on a tram or bus. The hotel itself was quiet, with friendly staff. The family room that we booked was excellent for bringing kids and we particularly wanted pool access. Easy to book access to the pool. Nice facilities with sauna available too. Breakfast buffet gets 5 ⭐ plus. Thank you! "
