"Fabulous location lovely spacious modern lodge hot tub through back overlooking corn fields and river. Staff very polite & friendly pub opened at 5pm everyday and they let us have music on tvs defo 5 stars from us and we will defo be returning for a longer stay."

"Lovely cottage, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We didn’t use washing machine as only stayed 3 nights. Has eye level oven and ideal for the less mobile as everything on one floor. Cosy, comfortable lounge with tv and plenty of books to read. Would happily stay again."

"The place was cute, and the neighbor was very kind, he came out to talk to us when we were trying to figure out parking the first night. The drive isn’t big enough for any car larger than a Mini, but there’s ample space for parking on the curb. The only real downside was the amount of bugs within the property. Any corner that was looked at held spiders of considerable size. I don’t recommend this place to anyone who’s as sensitive to those things as I am. We sat on the back porch the first night...

"This was a well maintained cottage with a lovely little courtyard. Location could not be any better for steep hill side of Lincoln so ynless you want to go to rhe modern side you dont have climb hill. Parking was so easy right outside door. Will definitely be returning to this cottage. Only downside was we couldnt get heating working properly for some reason it cane on at 2am so turned bedroom radiator off"
