"Wir sind ohne Auto (mit dem Zug nach Rom und dem Bus bis vor die Casa Casarica) angereist und wurden von Judith und Piero herzlichst empfangen. Die Lage ist traumhaft und von den Terrassen des Apartments sieht man den Gran Sasso,die Sibillinischen Berge und bei guter Sicht sogar die Majella. Das Anwesen wurde mit viel Liebe renoviert und eingerichtet und das spürt man förmlich. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts und wir wurden bestens umsorg. Judith hat uns sogar beim organisieren von gemieteten...

"We had a lovely time. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. It is a great rural retreat, not to far from the coast and we were able to get to some very pretty towns and villages relatively quickly. This is certainly a beautiful part of Italy. Hugh was very welcoming and informative. The only downside of our stay was the viscous Mosquitos. If you are prone to being bitten you will need insect repellent on night and day."

"We stayed a week and had a lovely time. The apparent was clean, cute and had everything for a relaxing week. The pool is nice to dip into if it’s too warm. Offida is such a nice place to spend your afternoons and have diner. And Marco is a great host; polite, helpful and only a text away if you need him. The only “negative” is that the internet is not that great...but hey...I read three books in a week so I’m not complaining!"

"The apartment is amazing. The views of the hills and mountains are stunning. The host (Bernd) is a lovely man - attentive, but unobtrusive. "We spent a wonderful holiday in a beautiful, idyllically located and just fantastic house. For us as a family with 2 children, we spent wonderful days at the pool and in nature, although it is a good half hour by car to the sea. "Very nicely restored palazzo, with an interesting mix of new and well preserved old facilities. Our room was large and comfortable. The bath tub/shower was high and a bit difficult to get in and out of—badly needs a grab bar for safe access. Breakfast was ample and diverse enough to accommodate all tastes. Staff very accommodating. Narrow streets, many of which were further limited by ongoing construction projects, made parking virtually impossible and each time we took the car for visits to the surrounding areas, it became an adventure in navigation. The hotel valet parked the car and returned it when requested. That worked well—all our explorations in the ancient city itself were on foot. The early June weather was perfect—but would not have been nice in the rain. All in all, a great central location, excellent staff, nice room. Make sure you rent a small car! With GPS!"
