"This place is beautiful but don’t depend on the internet if you are traveling for work. Internet drops a lot and often wasn’t available. This property is super clean, I have stayed twice now and I was impressed both times with the cleanliness. P.S. I hope you like trains. :-)"

"Hotel was nice. Our air conditioner went out and we were moved to a new room. That room smelled like cigarettes so we went back to the desk and we're given a huge suite. 😊"

"In a world where customer service no longer seems to matter, the young lady at check in IS the exception. She should be recognized for her outstanding customer service. I had really begun to believe that customer service was a thing of the past. This outstanding associate gave me hope. Thank you! I drove 644 miles today and fully expected the same old nonchalant guest check in. Instead I got a warm welcome, a friendly smile, and outstanding attention. Greenstay, you have a keeper and she should be recognized. Check in 06/18/24 at 5:30 pm. "
