  • Do you need to get away? Come spend some time in the country! We are just two minutes from Cornwells turkey village, ten minutes from historic downtown, two miles from the medalist golf course or take a drive and enjoy the beautiful day! We are often times are on the back property, however we respect your space, we ask that you respect our house! If you should need anything please let us know! Please note there is No smoking or party’s allowed on this property.

Dated and smelled

The Beds were all very squeaky not very comfortable either. The drains smelled like sewage and the water was very hard. The host also requested more money claiming that the property was non smoking. In the rules the host also said if you smoke go outside which we did. If this was such a big deal to begin with 100% No Smoking would have been a better suggestion. Would strongly suggest something else for the experience vs price range.

Cozy

Great stay. So peaceful. Very clean. Had all we needed. Even real toilet paper and Kleenex. Bed was very comfy. Host was the best. If needed I for sure would rent this property again. Really enjoyed watching the deer and horses.

Quiet and Cozy

Loved the property, quiet and easy to get to. 2 minutes and you are on the interstate. House is well kept and clean. Will keep on our list of where to stay on our next trip to Michigan.

Overnight peaceful setting

Well kept. Easy to code in and close up. Only two suggestions: new mattresses on twin bedroom and a case of water for those who dislike sulfur water.

Cute in the country

We really liked our short one night stay- a very cozy house. Very quiet, cute patio area, clean everything, and 2 bathrooms! But bring your own water if you stay here! And be prepared to have spotty Internet/limited reception.

The property was super cute. The well water was horrible and stunk up the entire house. The back deck was very pretty but the steps were unsafe. A magnesium rod needs to be purchased and installed to fix the water smell issue.

Good location

The stay was great except for the well water which smell horrible. A magnesium rod needs to be installed and a better softener unit installed. The back steps on deck were not up to code and a bit dangerous. The house was super clean and well decorated

Good and bad

This property has a very peaceful setting. It's very clean & decorated nicely. We arrived after dark, the property was extremely dark. There was a porch light on, however, there were no lights to light the driveway nor around the property. There are no blinds (only sheer panels) on the windows in the kitchen, dining area NOR the master bdrm. The property has well water with the worst sulpher smell we've ever smelled. The twin bed mattresses in the 2nd bdrm are extremely firm.

Wonderful property in a great location. Quiet and secluded, yet less than fifteen minutes from Marshall. Very cozy setting.

Annual Girls' Weekend

Had a fun getaway weekend. The house was cozy and comfortable. Very charming place, the photos online did not do it justice. A little difficult to find because of road construction and detours. Would definitely stay again.

Nice and quit

The house was good. Lacking Wi-Fi everything else was great. It was peaceful. The back deck is awesome. Will definitely stay there again.
