Small haven of peace for this architect villa located in a very picturesque and very quiet area. Villa with its different levels, then swimming pool with 3 bedrooms upstairs with terrace, large living room with large wooden terrace overlooking the pool, all overlooking the sea.

The villa has been classified 5 * in 2019, in the My Provence tourist guide. The Villa "La Civade" is also visible on the site of the tourist office of La Ciotat.

Our stay was for 6 nights and we were sad to leave. The house and its location are superb, a short drive to the Med through a narrow street, but that was part of the fun. We loved the pool, the trees and definitely the sun and surrounding area! Sylvie is a fantastic host, all expectations were met. We would recommend this property to anyone!

The villa is in a lovely, quiet residential area about 15 minutes drive from the centre of La Ciotat. The interior of the house is charming and spacious, with tasteful furnishings. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, with everything we needed for five adults and two babies under a year old. The garden and pool area are delightful and the view over the bay is stunning. We loved having a shady eating area, where we enjoyed breakfasts and barbecues in the evening. Sylvie, our host was charming and helpful, and answered any questions promptly. As other guests have said, the road up to the property is narrow and a car is essential.

Our stay was wonderful. The house is lovely and full of French country coastal charm. The landscaping and pool were beautiful and relaxing, the view is very cool! We lounged around the pool the first day, made a BBQ feast for the whole family! The rest of the week we took day trips to the Rhone valley to tour wineries and visit Avignon, to Marseille to have the best bouillabaisse on the planet and to Nice.........amazing Nice!! We visited wineries, museums and ate delicious foods!! Sylvie knows all the best places to eat and drink in La Ciotat, she will not steer you wrong! So, rent this place and have a lovely vacation! Thank you Sylvie!! PS Close the screens at night, the mosquitos can be vicious!! And bring essentials like toilet paper, hand soap, and a hair dryer if you need one!

Wir möchten uns für die schöne Woche in diesem tollen Haus im La Ciotat bedanken. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir durften unseren großen Hund mitnehmen, der sich auf dem tollen großen Grundstück auch sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Die Lage zur Erkundung der Gegend um Cassis und Marseille ist sehr gut. Wir haben in dieser Woche viele schöne Ausflüge gemacht. Der Pool konnte sogar Mitte Oktober noch benutzt werden. La Ciotat ist eine sehenswerte Stadt mit einem schönem alten Hafen.

Schönes Haus. Sehr ruhig. Man hat einen schönen Meerblick. Der Pool auf der Terasse ist genial. Die Kinder konnten den ganzen plantschen und wir konnten sie quasi von der Couch aus beaufsichtigen. Wie haben eine schöne Ferienwoche in la Ciotat genossen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und bat uns genügend Platz zu 6. Vor allem die Kinder nutzten gerne den Pool, die Erwachsenen genossen die Aussicht mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Vermieter ist sehr nett und gab uns lokale Tipps. Einzig, dass eine zusätzliche Reinigungsgebühr gefordert wurde von der nichts im Expose stand bei FeWo fanden wir nicht gut.

Das Haus ist sehr schön mit einer stylischen Einrichtung. Von allen Räumen hat man einen Blick auf das Meer. Erwähnenswert sind die guten Betten: die besten, die wir je in einem Südfrankreichurlaub hatten. Vor allen Fenstern gibt es Mückennetze. Wer morgens frische Croissants zum Frühstück haben möchte, sollte ein E-Bike mitnehmen. Das Haus liegt abgeschieden und ist daher auch sehr ruhig. Ein schöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank Sylvia

Gepflegtes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Objekt in sehr ruhiger Lage abseits vom Trubel mit einer äußerst zugewandten Gastgeberin. Sie wohnt in der Nähe und ist jederzeit hilfsbereit. Fünf Erwachsene konnten sich gut gemeinsam, aber auch getrennt in dem Haus aufhalten. Zum Sandstrand am Besten mit dem Fahrrad fahren. Der Rückweg geht bergauf und mit Elektrobikes deutlich leichter.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen 14-tägigen Urlaub in Sylvies herrlich ruhig gelegenem Haus abseits allen Trubels. Das Haus hat sehr schöne Zimmer, eine tolle überdachte fast immer schattenspendende Terrasse und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Zum Glück heizte sich der Pool durch die heißen Temperaturen gut auf, so dass wir alle unsere Freude daran hatten und Abkühlung fanden. Die Straßen zum Haus sind abenteuerlich eng ( wir haben eine Mercedes V- Klasse, ein kleineres Auto macht es etwas einfacher, auch wenn meine Familie die Fahrten rauf und runter samt Ausweichmanöver ...sehr genossen hat), aber dafür belohnt ein toller Meerblick. Wie schon früher erwähnt, wären eigene Poolhandtücher nicht schlecht, aber ich hatte unsere Strandtücher dabei. Sylvie hat uns alles perfekt erklärt und kam gleich vorbei, wenn wir was brauchten. Wir hatten einen schönen und vor allem sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Der Pool und der Blick nach La Ciotat sind großartig und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ebenso perfekt um Ausflüge in die schönen Orte der Umgebung zu unternehmen.

Sylvie hat uns super herzlich empfangen und ihr wunderschönes Haus uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine bessere Betreuung der Vermieter habe ich bis jetzt nicht erlebt, die Betreuung von Sylvie war super. Sie hat uns immer geholfen und war direkt zur Stelle. Propriété aménagée de façon moderne, avec notamment une belle cuisine avec un îlot central. Piscine agréable avec superbe vue sur la mer ! Seuls points "négatifs" : le portail électrique permettant d'accéder à la propriété est également utilisé par une autre personne qui loue une maison juste à côté; la luminosité des pièces est à améliorer (ampoules manquantes dans la salle d'eau du rez-de-chaussée et dans une des 3 chambres du 1er étage).
