- exceptional situation, architectural villa 350 m2 overlooking the bay of Cassis 5 minutes walk from the port and beaches, enchanting view in a magical setting. Unwind in a large pool near the summer kitchen and barbecue. Children are also well come portico and giant trampoline at their disposal, beautiful view from every room. Ground Floor: Large living rooms with fireplace, dining room, large hall with piano, library, large kitchen equipped laundry. 1 double room with large bathroom + 1 toilet. 12th Floor: 1 double room + 1 bathroom + 1 toilet. 1st floor: 2 double bedrooms + Mezzanine two beds + bathroom + toilet. The entire villa is equipped with WiFi. The swimming pool (12x6) is secure. All rooms and the rooms open onto terraces, the view is spectacular whatever the location of the house.
