The apartment boasts a magnificent parquet floor and meticulous decoration. It's the ideal place to visit Marseille.

Located in a central district of Marseille, Le Lacydon apartment is ideal for an authentic, historic stay to discover the city of Marseille.

You'll find bakeries, restaurants, cafés and the famous Vieux Port fish market. We recommend strolling through the narrow streets of Le Panier, soaking up the sun at Fort St Jean, playing a game of pétanque on the Mucem esplanade or boarding a boat for the Calanques.

Le Lacydon Good value for money, location was ideal as it was close the the port. The area didn’t feel safe however as a woman on her own but that is not the fault of the apartment and there was a good bolt system on the apartment to help me feel safer.

Le Lacydon "Très bel appartement pour un séjour de 5 jours, pour deux. Appartement propre, hôte accueillante. Petit bémol concernant les ventilateurs : celui au plafond fait du bruit donc impossible de dormir avec malgré la chaleur, et celui par terre n’est pas efficace, même au maximum on ne reçoit quasiment pas de vent. Je recommande !"

Le Lacydon Tres bien placé, fonctionnel, une très jolie vue. Le seul bémol est que j’y ai vu un cafard passer de la chambre à la salle de bain.. et peut être penser à changer le ventilateur portatif qui ne fais pas vraiment d’air frais, contrairement à celui au plafond. Merci pour l’accueil

Le Lacydon Très bel endroit, à proximité du vieux port et du fort St-Jean. C'était idéal pour se promener et visiter la ville. L'agent de Cocoonr était bien sympathique et répondait rapidement à ses messages. Il m'attendait à mon arrivée. L'appartement était propre et confortable. Il n'y avait pas de divan lit et le divan était trop petit pour que mon ami ou moi y dormions, mais sinon tout était très bien.

Le Lacydon "l appartement est relativement bien situé à proximité immédiate du vieux port mais : - l'environnement est très bruyant (squatte sur les escaliers en bas par des jeunes qui hurlent sans compter la musique et la charmante pissotière improvisée...) ah et les voisins qui ont de très grosses disputes ... dur dur de bien dormir ! - l'appartement était sale, nous avons dû passer du temps à essayer de le nettoyer - pas de clim et le ventilateur de la chambre fait beaucoup de bruit (et vous l'aurez compris pas possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres) - les chaises sont bancales - les rideaux sont sales et abîmés - le dégât des eaux dans la chambre donne un aspect repoussant à celle-ci (énorme tache marron, jaune) - la baignoire est abîmé (impact de ?) et l'eau de la douche s'écoule très très lentement - pas de balais juste un aspirateur - pas de dérouleur de WC - la commode de la chambre est complètement inutilisable et c'est le seul rangement possible dans la chambre ! (rangement dans le couloir mais relativement pris par le linge de maison) - il y a une machine à laver ok mais il n'y a rien pour étendre le linge .... Bref le prix est vraiment excessif car la ""vue"" (sur le côté) ou même l'emplacement ne le justifie pas c'est vraiment décevant !!! Tout cela a été partagé avec l'agence pendant et après le séjour... peut-être que ce sera pris un compte un jour pour un meilleur séjour !"

Le Lacydon Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung direkt am alten Hafen, allerdings ist draußen auf der Straße immer viel Betrieb und dementsprechend auch nachts mit geöffnetem Fenster relativ laut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet sodass man sein eigenes Essen kochen kann.

Die Fotos sind beschönt. Wasserschäden an der Decke. Mobiliar, z. B. Coach, Kommode und Küchenzeile, sehr verschlissen, schmuddelig, verbraucht. Fenster Ecken, Vorhänge unsauber. Eine Basisreinigung wäre sehr nötig. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut, ist aber sehr laut (Innengeräusche durch Nachbarn, Heizung, Rohre. Außengeräusche auch nachts).
