Unforgettable experience

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this villa. The location is simply beautiful – a peaceful environment surrounded by nature that offers complete relaxation. Additionally, the property is an excellent starting point for excursions, as everything is so close. This allowed us to explore many attractions and places in the area without long drives.The property was exceptionally clean and well-equipped, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. We would especially like to commend the host for his exceptional kindness and responsiveness. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, he was always available and ready to help. This truly contributed to our pleasant stay.We will definitely return and recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay in a beautiful setting and an excellent base for excursions.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Ausblick und toller Lage

Wir haben das Ferienhaus zu viert (Familie mit zwei erwachsenen Kindern) mit Hund gemietet. Für uns alle ein Traum! -Superfreundlicher Empfang durch Herrn Bressac, der sehr gut englisch spricht und viele Tipps geben kann -Ruhig gelegen, aber man kann dennoch zu Fuß einkaufen -zentrale Lage für Ausflüge -ein Hundeparadies -Ausblick von der Terasse auf einen Olivenhain -am Ort ein kleines Wäldchen für Spaziergänge mit oder ohne Hund Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

Nous sommes partis entre amis avec nos adolescents de 15 et 17 ans . Maison idéale pour nous , spacieuse et agréable. Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt

Man merkt, dass Herr Bressac selbst in dem Haus wohnt, wenn er es nicht vermietet. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, alles entspricht den Fotos, sehr gute technische Geräte (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, großer Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach), scharfe Messer (findet man selten in Ferienhäusern). Einziger Wehmutstropfen - das Gebäll der Hunde in der Nachbarschaft. Wir würden aber trotzdem wiederkommen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf die Berge ist grandios und der große Pool ist famos. On remarque que M. Bressac habite lui-même dans la maison quand il ne la loue pas. Aménagement de bon goût, tout correspond aux photos, très bons appareils techniques (machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, grand réfrigérateur avec grand compartiment congélateur), couteaux tranchants (on en trouve rarement dans les maisons de vacances). Seule ombre au tableau, les bruits de chiens dans le voisinage. Mais nous reviendrons quand même. La vue sur les montagnes depuis la terrasse est grandiose et la grande piscine est famélique. You can tell that Mr Bressac lives in the house himself when he is not renting it out. Tasteful furnishings, everything corresponds to the photos, very good technical equipment (washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge with a large freezer compartment), sharp knives (rarely found in holiday homes). Eine ruhiggelegene Ferienwohnung mit zuvorkommenden Vermieter

Die Ferienwohnung war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt geschnitten. Im Eingangsbereich mit Küche, Wohnessbereich und 3 Schlafräumen mit Bad und seperatem WC für die Familie mit Kindern und wir, die Großeltern eine Etage höher mit Schlafzimmer und angrenzendem Duschbad mit WC. Eine Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen sowie Sonnenschutz, luden bereits am morgen zum Frühstück im Freien. Der Pool durch einen Zaun abgetrennt war auch von den Nebengrundstücken nicht einsehbar. Das einzige was in unserem Fall für ein kleines Mißverständnis führte war das erwähnen von Bettwäsche und Handtücher die mit mindestens 60°C gewaschen sind - allerdings waren in diesem Fall die Geschirrtücher gemeint. Herr Bressac war so freundlich und hat uns weitere Handtücher kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt, da wir nur für den Strand welche mitgenommen hatten. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder mieten oder weiterempfehlen.

Maison très agréable, très bien située et avec tout le confort nécessaire Superbe vue depuis la terrasse Alain nous a très bien accueilli et sa maison est très agréable. Il manque juste quelques bols pour le petit déjeuner ;)

Wunderbare Lage in einem großzügigen Haus

Das Haus und der Pool werden von dem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter stets gepflegt. Es mangelt an nichts. Die zentrale ruhige Lage, perfekt für alle möglichen Ausflüge, zusammen mit dem nicht einsehbaren Grundstück und dem großem Pool, haben für eine tolle und erholsame Woche gesorgt. Ruhig gelegenes Haus auf dem Land

Alain hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und mit den notwendigsten Informationen versorgt. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen mit Familie und/oder Freunden (max. 8 Personen). Einkaufen (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger) zu Fuß möglich. Sehr gepflegter Kunstrasen-Fußballplatz (oder auch Basketball) ist auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von Gardanne (nächst größerer Ort; ca. 10 Min mit dem Auto; viele kostenlose Parkplätze in der Innenstadt) kann man bequem mit dem Zug z.B. nach Marseille oder Aix-en-Provence fahren.

Wunderschöner Sommerurlaub

Wir haben das Ferienhaus zu 8 mit 2 Familien gemietet, 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder , 14, 13, 10 und 10 und haben 2 fantastische Wochen dort verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und wir wurden herzlich von Monsieur Bressac willkommen geheißen. Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der große Pool ist fantastisch und wird sehr gründlich und diskret von Herrn Bressac gepflegt. Die Umgebung bietet viele tolle Möglichkeiten und man ist sehr schnell am Meer, wo wir viel Zeit verbracht haben. Aix en Provence ist gleich um die Ecke und einfach wunderschön. Bei Marktbesuchen am Mi, Fr und Sonntag in Gardanne haben wir uns mit frischem Obst und Gemüse versorgt. Bäcker und Lebensmittelgeschäft sind direkt im Ort. Kurzum, ein tolles Ferienhaus, unbedingt zu empfehlen! Merci Monsieur Bressac

Séjour réussi mais attention la nuit !

Un très bon rapport qualité prix, avec une maison offrant, à partir de la terrasse, une superbe vue dégagée sur les collines avoisinantes. De nombreux commerces sont disponibles à 5 minutes à peine en voiture (boulangerie, supermarché, primeur, boucherie…). La piscine est tres grande, ensoleillée quasiment toute la journée, avec des espaces d’ombre disponibles pour s’abriter. La maison est spacieuse, avec une grande pièce de vie permettant de se mettre au frais si la chaleur extérieure devient trop pénible. La cuisine est très bien équipée, même s’il conviendrait soit de remplacer, soit de nettoyer à fond, le four dont l’intérieur est dans un état dissuasif, même pour les appétits les plus robustes… Notre hôte a été disponible et très réactif lorsque nous avons été amenés à le contacter pour de petits soucis mineurs (parasol à remplacer, petite fuite dans la salle de bains). Point négatif : le seul point négatif, et qui ne dépend malheureusement pas de notre hôte, est la présence de chiens de chasse laissés en liberté dans le jardin de la maison faisant face, qui aboient toutes les nuits (et la journée) à intervalles réguliers… Compte tenu de la chaleur, nous sommes amenés à laisser les fenêtres ouvertes pendant la nuit… ce qui nous a valu d’être réveillés en sursaut environ toutes les 30 minutes par des aboiements qui en déclenchent d’autres dans tout le voisinage. Au final, nous sommes partis plus fatigués que lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Nous sommes conscients que cette nuisance est indépendante de la volonté de notre hôte, mais ce sont les locataires qui en font les frais. Il conviendrait de prendre les mesures les plus vigoureuses pour que ces nuisances de voisinage cessent. Cela a été malheureusement très préjudiciable à la qualité globale du séjour.

Hot in Provence

Fantastic experience. Again the host was very good. The property lived upto and exceeded our expectations. Very clean very well appointed and beautiful countryside not to mention the beautiful pool. It was very hot I think I would go in the autumn or spring next time but a lovely property.

bon dans l’ensemble

Maison spacieuse, cadre agréable, piscine sans vis à vis et clôturé pour les enfants. quelques point négatif comme le grand espace vert sur les photos qui n’est pas tout à fait accessible à cause des hautes herbes et qui n’appartient pas au propriétaire. Propriétaire très gentil mais j’aurai aimé avoir plus d’intimité et qu’il averti avant d’arrivé sur les lieux comme le jour du départ présent sur les lieux de la location des 8h pour commencer le rangement hors que le départ n’était qu’à 10h nous n’avons pas pu profité des derniers moments en terasse ou dans la piscine je trouve ça dommage.

Wunderschönes Haus mit herrlichem Blick

Das Ferienhaus ist herrlich gelegen, man hat einen schönen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Direkt vor dem Haus ist eine große unverbaute Wiese, wunderbar für Hundebesitzer wie uns. Der Pool war groß und ideal zum Schwimmen. Er wird zur einen Seite hin etwas tiefer. Wir hätten uns lediglich eine stabile Liege mehr gewünscht. Außerdem ist es im Süden immer angenehm, Fliegengitter an den Fenstern zu haben, was leider in diesem Haus nicht der Fall war. Alles in allem aber ein wunderschönes Haus, in dem wir uns wohl gefühlt haben und dass von seiner Lage her sehr gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten bietet.
