This apartment consists of a large living room with a sublime view of the port: dining room for 6 people, living room with sofa bed comfortable. Modern design and comfort: large flat screen TV, WiFi Internet, fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc ...)
Ideal for 2 to 4 people, with a large double bed in the master bedroom - facing the sea- and a separate bedroom with brand new bunk beds. Possibility to accommodate 2 additional people in a comfortable sofa bed.

Tres jolie/sehr schön

Wir waren eine Woche dort und uns hst sowohl die Lage als auch die Wohnung selbst sehr gefallen. Die Beschreibung passt genau. Ein kleiner Hacken betraf lediglich die direkt an das Gebäude angrenzende Discotheque. Am Wochenende war dasVibrieren des dröhnenden Basses nachts leider deutlich zu spüren. CASSIS ist ein sehr schönes kleines touristisches Städtchen. Wir können Cyntia als Gastgeberin gerne weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung direkt an Hafen und Bouleplatz, wunderbarer Urlaub

Das Appartement ist wirklich außergewöhnlich gut gelegen und ideal für zwei bis drei Personen! Es gibt zwar keinen fest zur Wohnung gehörenden Parkplatz, man muss sich einen öffentlichen suchen (kostenfrei), was schon im September schwierig war. Aber: Der Blick ist fantastisch, und obwohl es nachts laut werden/bleiben kann, haben für uns die Vorteile überwogen: Alles Nötige und Schöne ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, man kann den Boulespielern vom Balkon aus zusehen und das Treiben um den Hafen herum beobachten. Der Anleger für die Bootsausflüge in die Calanques befindet sich quasi vor der Tür. Hier laufen morgens die Fischer ein, man kann frisch gefangenen Fisch kaufen. Mehrmals pro Woche finden Märkte statt, auch diese in unmittelbarer Nähe im schönen Zentrum. Der Strand (1 bis 2 min. zu Fuß) ist sauber, das Wasser ein Traum! Der Kontakt mit Frédéric war einwandfrei, er ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ebenso die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin! Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit in Cassis! Vielen Dank! Merci beaucoup!

Trés bel emplacement excessivement bruyant le soir et la nuit

L’appartement est situé au centre de Cassis, avec vue sur la mer et vue sur le port, au 2ème étage, au rez de chaussée ce sont des restaurants particulièrement animés en fin de journée, beaucoup de bruit, à cela s’ajoute le bruit d’une discothéque, bien que l’appartement soit équipé de baies isolantes mais pourtant insuffisantes.

Location! View! Location! View!

If you want location-this is the place! If you want a view-this is the place! If you want ease of access to everything in downtown Cassis-this is the place! Absolutely fabulous location, fabulous views and a great place to see and spend time in. My wife and I spent five days in Cassis and loved every minute of it! The apartment was great, Frederick was great and the apartment was fully outfitted for all of our needs! Can’t wait to come back!

Appartement bien agencé, fonctionnel et confortable. On apprécie vraiment le balcon qui permet de prendre l'apéro sur le port ! On est tout proche du centre, pour se balader et faire quelques courses. Et la plage est juste en bas de l'appartement, ce qui est très pratique aussi.

Quand on connaît les difficultés à s'aventurer dans Cassis même, on apprécie vraiment l'emplacement de cet appartement ! Et la vue, grâce à la grande baie vitrée... du matin jusqu'au soir, on est directement sur le port. A part ça, joli appartement, confortable et bien aménagé, avec la plage juste à côté.

Effectivement juste sur le port, et à côté de la plage ! Appartement très agréable avec un joli séjour et une petite cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Literie confortable, bonne prestation. On apprécie la carte de stationnement, aide précieuse au parking. Excellent séjour au coeur d'une petite ville très plaisante !
