Located in the Lodi district, between réformés, La Timone and Cours-Julien, the accommodation is ideally located for exploring the center of Marseille.
Many shops and restaurants nearby.
## Transit
The 74 Roosevelt Réformés bus stop is close to the accommodation, in both directions, and is located Cours Franklin Roosevelt.
You can also take the metro a few minutes to Reformés Canebière.
## Notes
IMPORTANT: INSTRUCTIONS AND INTERNAL RULES:
We wish to preserve the tranquility of the place and the condition of the apartment, we expect our guests to pay attention and care to their measure! A meticulous inventory will be made before and after your stay.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the accommodation. If these measures are not respected: 50 € will be taken from the deposit.
- Parties and parties strictly prohibited. If these measures are not respected: 200 € will be taken from the deposit.
- No noise or heckling at late hours (after 10 p.m.). If these measures are not respected: 200 € will be taken from the deposit.
- No animals. If this measure is not respected and we find suspicious hairs or feathers: 150 € will be taken from the deposit.
- No more than 7 people (some exceptions can be made only with prior agreement)
All breaches of the rules, incivility, damages, will immediately be the subject of a dispute and a request to withhold your deposit from Airbnb. (degraded housing, housing left very dirty, smell of cigarettes, ashes or cigarette ends, complaint from the neighborhood, etc.)
IMPORTANT: HOUSEHOLD:
The cleaning costs include:
- Complete cleaning before your arrival

- Your welcome by a host. As well as his availability throughout your stay to help or guide you. Please send them all.

- The supply of household linen: sheets, towels, tea towels ...
You will have at your disposal one towel per person, a complete set per bed, a bath mat and 2 tea towels.
(please do not use the sheets stored in the cupboards, they are intended for future travelers) In the event of household linen used without authorization, an amount of € 5 per item used may be requested!
- The provision of basic consumables: toilet paper, household products, coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper, soap, coffee and tea as far as possible (depending on stock).
- Cleaning when you leave
(PLEASE NOTE: the departure cleaning does NOT include the DISH which must be clean and tidy when you leave, we also ask you to clear the house of your waste and throw out the garbage.)
Any need for additional cleaning time (dishes not done or apartment left extremely dirty or messy) will also result in the deduction of a supplement on cleaning costs via your deposit up to an additional € 20 / h billed by our service provider.
