I have two flat on the same level at the 2 floor of an old building of the historical city of la ciotat directly on the port firt line you can do evrything by feet...restaurants..beach..shops..and small supermarket etc...

Ce séjour fut agréable

Ce séjour fut agréable surtout reposant on na pu découvrir à nouveau la région. Le logement est bien situé sur le port proche restaurants cafés commerces. L'appartement est bien équipé idéal pour les vacances. La propriétaire très gentille et accueillante et reste joignable par tel pour tout besoins. Très bon rapport qualité prix surtout en cette période donc je recommande fortement pour profiter du soleil des belles plages tout se fait à pieds . Merci 🙂

Séjour décevant

Nous avons séjourné en famille (2 adultes, 2 enfants) dans cet appartement durant 2 nuits au mois de juillet. Nous avons été accueillis par l’assistante de la propriétaire qui était très gentille et disponible. Comme décrit, l’immeuble est idéalement situé sur le port et tout peut être fait à pieds. Cela dit, il n’est pas possible d’accéder en voiture devant l’immeuble pour un dépose-minute car les ruelles sont fermées par des bornes amovibles. Le mieux est de se garer au bout du port, sur le parking, comme l’hôte l’avait conseillé. L’appartement se situe au 2e étage (sans ascenseur). La vue sur le port est magnifique. Le logement est joliment rénové et fonctionnel mais, hormis un petit portant au pied du lit, il n’y a pas de rangements pour les affaires. Dans la chambre, le lit prend toute la place (et la fenêtre s’ouvre sur le lit). Il n’y a pas non plus de rideaux ou de volets dans les pièces, ce qui est vraiment dérangeant. D’autre part, la clim qui se trouve dans le séjour, ne fonctionnait pas (air frais pendant quelques minutes puis de l’air chaud en sortait), nous avons souffert de la chaleur et très mal dormi durant la canicule. Enfin, la propreté n’était pas au rendez-vous. Les draps de la chambre étaient tachés, nous avons dû en demander d’autres, celui pour le canapé lit était plein de poussière. Le reste de l’appartement était également poussiéreux (des amas au pied du lit, sous le canapé). La vaisselle n’était pas propre non plus, nous avons dû la laver avant utilisation. Nous trouvons donc que le rapport qualité-prix n’est pas correct. Nous conseillons cette location pour des couples, plus ou moins jeunes, qui aime l’ambiance animée du port avec ses restaus, ses bars, qui aiment se balader mais nous déconseillons d’y venir en famille car la surface à 4 est très exiguë, surtout lorsque le canapé lit est ouvert.

Séjour exceptionnelle

Une hôtesse agréable, sympathique et dévouée en commençant par la réservation sur internet jusqu'à la fin du séjour ! La qualité de l'accueil et le confort qui nous ont été donné sont des qualités que nous retenons. L'appartement est parfaitement situé et à proximité de tout, mais surtout avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le port ! Un grand merci pour ce séjour que nous n'oublierons pas. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.
