Upon your arrival, on your right, you'll find the living room where a television, table, and chairs await for moments of relaxation with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including induction cooktops, a hood, a microwave, a mini-oven, a kettle, an electric coffee maker, a fridge/freezer, and even a washing machine for your comfort.

The closed bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm bed, a storage wardrobe, and a French window leading to the large terrace.
Climb up to the mezzanine to discover a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, along with a storage dresser, offering a cozy space for a restful night’s sleep with air conditioning.

For your comfort, a shower room with a sink, storage unit, and WC is available.

Also enjoy a large sunny terrace with a table, chairs, and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening aperitif. Sunshade provided.

For your peace of mind, a private parking space is available in the residence.
Mosquito nets on the windows of both the bedroom and the mezzanine.
Direct beach access through a gate in the residence.
