"There is no front desk, contrary to what is advertised. It seems like there has been a change of ownership or management as there was not the warm and supportive welcome that other reviews report. The communication was confusing, and frankly appalling. When got there my documents were demanded by a woman who hardly spoke a word of English, she was just there to let me in and give me the keys. "The property was very clean and tidy, there was ample parking space. Sadly there was a slight mux up with our payment but the hotel promised to remedy this. The morning we left there was no electricity in the area, so no coffee. The receptionist apologised and generously offered us a bottle of wine as we were leaving to compensate. Overall a very good impression."

"As a family, we had a great time at this villa. You will definitely need a car to travel around the island - but ensure that your rental isn’t too large as many roads in Sicily are narrow! "We loved our stay here in Marsala. The host was super accommodating. We were able to drop off our bags early and he even bought us fruit when we arrived. On our first day he even drove us to the grocery store. The host is a really good person so we were happy to be in good hands. The accommodation was beautiful, spacious and clean. Accommodation didn’t have wifi so if you need wifi make sure you bring a portable one! I would 100% stay here again!"
