We also really appreciated the coffee and tea set up, including creamer, sugar and Splenda. It's so nice to be able to make coffee in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and even though it is a basement apartment, there are still a couple of windows, so it doesn't really feel subterranean. Good water pressure, and the linens...

"Please beware this is not a great neighborhood for being outside. The apartment was clean and had most amenities. Most questions I asked through text were replied to with threats of charges if I violated terms. In the beginning everything was very friendly and then after I checked in I was ghosted until check out. The kitchen is very sparse and the only cups are coffee cups there's no glasses or anything else to drink out of. That was a little annoying. The air conditioner is controlled by the...

"The property is in a sketchy neighborhood. We ended up going somewhere else because the shower didn't work, there were dead cockroaches and the window ac's didn't work well. It was quite hot in the apartment. Definitely not worth a stay."
