Accueil mitigé, pas de room service, climatisation totalement insuffisante pour les températures locales, notre chambre ne portait pas de numéro ( difficile de se repérer dans les couloirs ainsi ), pas ou peu d'assistance pour les bagages . Hotel privilégiant ses activités de club et son restaurant mais le service d'hôtellerie est digne d'un hôtel bas de gamme, pas d'un 5 étoiles. J'ai dépensé près de 700e pour 4 nuits. Ca ne les vaut pas du tout, décevant.

Great decor/food, large rooms, but sub par service

Had a junior suite with a private roof terrace that was beautiful. The decor was great and the restaurant delicious. However, they barely speak English and are apprehensive to even give you extra towels. We requested two extra and they made us give them two used ones in exchange - what hotel does that? There were a few other service issues and lots of language barriers. If you want luxury my recommendation is to stay at a different hotel that understands the concept better.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et tres confortable, on regrette le manque de lampe, et les oublis de produits d'hygiènes. Le restaurant est très bon et le bar/boite genial!

very ver bad, poor service and maintenance

Breakfast was just horrible, no eggs, no yoghurt, no cheese. Hotel service was very poor, several things in the room were broken (please note this was a suite). People arriving at 04:00AM deciding to make a party on our roof terrace (very noisy). Very poor overall, the only thing that is OK, is the swimming pool and the lunch at Crystal

Exceptionnel

Hôtel doté d'une quinzaine de suites. Personnel serviable, attentif et très gentil (j'ai bénéficié gratuitement du pressing !!). Suite 69 splendide avec terrasse privative sur le toit, accès à la piscine et discothèque le PACHA gratuits. Je recommande fortement et y retournerai :) Seul bémol : la situation géographique (Agdal). Compter 50 dirhams en journée et 100 le soir pour rejoindre le centre-ville.

Nichts, aber gar nichts hat die angegebenenen Versprechen gehalten..!!! Ungeschultes, freches, weibliches Personal an der Reception. Frühstück nie zur geplanten Zeit!!! 2 mal, übethaupt Keins, das am Morgen um 8 Uhr und 7.30 Bestellte!!! Personal nicht erreichbar!!! Machten wir uns bemerkbar, war das der gröbste Affront... Also zum Punkt... Es wird nie Jemandem weiter emphohlen, ist nur ein Aufenthaltszentrum für Nachtschwärmer und Müssiggänger!! Schade... Dem Portier möchten wir ein Dankeschön zukommen lassen. War zu jeder Zeit am Ort. Mit freundlichen Grüssen

Hotel idéal pour se distraire avec une très belle discotheque! Personnel de l hotel très agréable avec la volonté de rendre service. Seul bémol le restaurant de l hotel: très cher, personnel pas très serviable et nourriture passable... Il en reste un avis global très positif pour se distraire!!!

Hôtel vraiment en dessous de nos attentes!!!

Musique du bar très forte jusqu a 2h du mat..on nous a replacé dans une autre chambre .bel effort du personnel mais le bruit était toujours présent.absence de wifi dans les chambre(ok à l accueil seulement )..bref!nous connaissions déjà le Crystal pour sa piscine et son restaurant mais cela a du coup perdu de son charme surtout pour un 5*!le jardin et la piscine restent malgrès tout un vrai havre de paix....personnel très agréable .

Personnel à l'écoute et qui fait de son mieux

Hôtel un peu bruyant, mais connaissant déjà l'endroit, j'étais au courant de ce petit désagrément. Par contre, le matin, c'est vraiment très calme. A signaler, un petit-déjeuner excellent.

Une catastrophe !!!!

cet hotel est une cata!!! il fut construit pour avoir la possibilité d'avoir le droit d'ouvrir une boite de nuit le pacha ! Les clients de l'hotel ne sont pas priviligié du tout . Les chambres donnent sur le Rose Bar , Musique a fond jusqu'a 2h du Matin , impossible de Dormir avant . On a du changer de Chambre , ensuite plus d'une heure le matin pour avoir un petit dejeuner dont la qualité est a revoir ( 1 seule boisson , viennoiserie trop cuite , il manque toujours un truc ) , ensuite sommier de la nouvelle chambre dont les les lattes sont cassées ( a desolé on ne peut rien faire ) . Quel dommage de gacher un tel endroit aussi beau

Quel séjour splendide !!!! Du rêve à chaque instant. Le personnel très serviable, un véhicule à notre disposition en permanence. Des chambres très confortables, une literie très haut de gamme. J'espère vite y retourner.

Loin de tout l'hôtel Crystal Pacha Marrakech ne respecte pas les engagements pris , ni ses clients

loin de tout . L'hôtel a été privatisé pour un mariage . Restaurants inaccessibles pour bénéficier de la demi pension . Pas de salons d'accueil alors que le bar est fermé le jour , piscine fermée , sans compter le bruit toute la nuit du dimanche au lundi empêchant de dormir . Pas de petit déjeuner buffet . Le matin du départ dossier égaré ! On a essayé de me faire payer tout le séjour une seconde fois avant de me demander de prouver mon contrat avec Expédia ! Résultat : Plus le temps de prendre le petit-déjeuner continental servi dans la chambre . Les suites junior sont spacieuses et confortables mais très mal éclairées . La pénombre est permanente .Mal aménagées , les terrasses sur le toît sont inutilisables , sauf à vouloir cuire . au total un séjour catastrophe où LES PRESTATIONS PAYEES NE M4ONT PAS ETE DELIVREES .
