"Very good hotel. I really praise the staff, specially those working in the breakfast. They are really kind and accommodating to our needs, projecting an awesome image of both the Italians and the hotel. Many things to highlight here, for instance: Daily water provision, big room (rare in Europe) delicious breakfast, good location, close to te city center with restaurants and supermarkets around. Bar open 24/7 wirh affordable prices. My only complaint: The gym is poorly equipped but the worst is the schedule, starting at 08:00 (too late to do something). Even worse, you have to go to the lobby and ask for the key. Once I went there to get the key at 07:40 and there was no human power to convince the clerk to give me it 20 minutes ahead…ridiculously stubborn from my point of view. Other than that, great place to stay. I”ll be back for sure!"

"The hotel was very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous. Because it is in the small town of Imola, the dining options are limited. It was easy to catch a taxi to and from the railway station, but Uber did not work. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous."

"Shuttle bus was punctual and reliable (on the hour, hourly). Property is a 5 minute drive at the top of a winding steep hill (hence the stunning panoramic views of Florence & surrounding area). Driver returns if bus is full. Static caravan was clean but lacked some cooking equipment, no kettle, oven or iron. We were able to cook pasta and make scrambled eggs, but little else. Full size fridge, really appreciated in the heat. Aircon took the edge off the heat but didn't cool the room. Cicada beetles are loud if you aren't used to them! Pool really nice and clean. It would have been nice to know that swim hats are obligatory- not particularly nice to wear on holiday, but available to buy for 2 euro. A few more chairs / loungers would be good as people claim for the day by putting towels down. Provisions can be bought from the Coop in Fiesole - campsite shop doesn't sell much more than croissants and beverages. Restaurant food is very nice, though we didn't feel as welcome / accommodated as the Italian visitors. Recommend staying here when a little cooler - views are amazing, location great (easy commute to Fiesole and Florence using public bus Nr7) and pool is idyllic. Avoid July/Aug due to heat and mosquitos."
