worth spending hours at. The views are outstanding from the hills above Florence. Our room had its own terrace and we spent a lot of time there. One reminder is that it is away from the city center and it takes some planning to get there, however the staff is there to help."

Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....
