"I should have checked if the room was on 1st or 2nd floor. My husband is disabled and climbing the stairs was very difficult for him. The room was very nice, beautiful view, nice area. Only issue my not checking if it was 1st or 2nd floor."

"Guy behind the desk was very helpful, answering all my questions. The bed gave me my best nights’ sleep in a long while. The location was walking distance from a planned family gathering, the room had everything I needed, and I parked my car in a well lit area— all good! Thank you! Terry"

"House is very nice and clean. Description is accurate. Location on river is nice but there is a fair amount of noise from the train tracks and traffic noise from the bridge. We went in the fall and had some issues with Japanese beatles getting in to the house, which can happen in Iowa in the fall. There are also a lot of lights around the house due to location which were something of a distraction. Rental fee is overpriced given noise and location to bridge."
