In the vacation apartments at eleven, you’ll find not only a fresh, inspiring atmosphere for your getaway, but also opportunities for self-discovery and personal growth: yoga and holistic coaching are offered right on-site. And all this in an exceptionally laid-back mountain region near Lake Chiemsee!
The “Sun II” vacation apartment at eleven Marquartstein is a modern, 60-square-meter attic apartment with an inspiring atmosphere: It features a bedroom with a double bed, a separate, fully equipped kitchen-living room with a dishwasher and dining area, a living room or second bedroom (queen-size bed) with a spacious workspace, including a balcony with mountain views, and a small bathroom with a large, electrically operated skylight and a bathtub. The rooms feature high-quality hardwood floors and tiles, as well as underfloor heating. Yoga mats, organic coffee and tea, and a small selection of spices, vinegar, and oil are provided. All rooms have windows or a balcony. Wi-Fi, Netflix, and parking in the courtyard are free of charge. There is a charging station for electric vehicles (for an additional fee) right in the courtyard. Note: The staircase leading up to the apartment is slightly steeper than usual.
The eleven Marquartstein is located in the idyllic Piesenhausen district of Marquartstein. The Hochplattenbahn aerial cableway and the town center are within walking distance—about 10–15 minutes. Lake Chiemsee, with its beach and beach bar, is only 12 kilometers away. Nearby, you’ll find various restaurants, a small swimming lake, and shopping options. Larger cities such as Rosenheim and Munich, or Traunstein and Salzburg, are easily accessible by bus and train.
Linda Gallner is a native of the Chiemgau region and a mountain enthusiast; as a trauma-informed coach and yoga teacher, she holistically supports women in their journey of self-discovery and self-actualization. Together with her husband Christoph, she moved to Marquartstein in early 2023 to bring her vision for eleven Marquartstein to life: to create an inspiring retreat in the mountains for active and mindful people.
