"Property was well presented as usual"

"My bathroom basin did not have proper basin drain. Basin Drainage was open and Rydges was managing it using plug or a plastic lid. When plug was put on - water logged. When plug was put off I see an open drain. Not the ideal scenario when u pay a premium price for a 5 star hotel stay. I requested them either to change my room or fix it by a plumber. But no luck! They just kept avoiding my request. Very poor customer experience."

"The rooms were not cosy or overly comfortable at all. The tiniest desk I have ever seen was just horrible to work at. I had to go to the lobby and work from a table in the evenings."

"Great location, very comfortable and blockout blinds"

"Bed was comfortable. Hotel itself is looking dated and tired. Rooms are semi renovated however silicone and grout in showers are discoloured /mouldy and need replaced. I wouldn’t recommend this property."

"便利でした。"

"Not the greatest experience, the room was tiny fir a twin share, the amenities were bleh. It was over $500 a night and felt like a buck fifty. I'll try somewhere else next time."

"Comfortable beds and a nice place to stay. Location was not great for our purpose"
