"The safety of my motorcycle was a concern for the owner, so I parked it elsewhere. The living room consisted of a kitchen table 4 kitchen table chairs and a TV. Bed was very comfortable. No air conditioning and bedroom window screen had to significant holes, so I kept the window closed to avoid insects. "

Brooke, our property contact was very helpful Any questions we had were answered immediately. Kitchen was well supplied with everything you need to cook. Bring your own food in, as the nearest grocery store and wine store is a bit of a drive. This is a beautiful lake house and location to explore Lake Nipissing. We brought our own boat and explored...

"We (4 adults, 4 kids ages 4-8) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paul and Paul's place. They are excellent and responsive hosts. The property was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the first aid kit was a nice addition. The street the house is on is quiet with little traffic and its location made it easy to access key points around Sudbury (5 min to groceries/pharmacy, 15 min to Science North). We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the house."
