The stay was amazing. Clean, peaceful, quality accommodation. Todd was so nice and helpful, gave us the most amazing dinner recommendation and made sure we were well taken care of. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was spic N span! The staff was so helpful, courteous and accommodating. Due to no air conditioning & opening the window, the ceiling fan was just not enough for cooling. I would recommend making the wall unit a duel combo making it AC & Heat. Besides excellent lodging accommodations, the recommendations for restaurants were excellent - the Stonefly offers the best fine dining. For drinks and simple meals, the Cutthroat Restaurant offers very good food items. We experienced a great get-away for two nights in Markleeville and I highly recommend it to all travelers of all ages.

This is my fourth stay at the Creekside Lodge and it won't be my last. The staff are very attentive and the rooms are clean and quiet. Nestled in tiny Markleeville, this property is a great stop for anyone touring the Sierras.

Stay was great! I was a little worried hx the bed was softer than I personally like, (I have a back that will get mad) but it ended up being fine. Linens, towels etc were all of a very nice quality. Staff was thorough in communicating and helpful in setting things up so check in was easy. Overall, I was quite impressed at how nice everything ended up being and will be looking forward to staying here again. This place is not super fancy, but it is clean, inviting, nice touches (good towels/bedsheets) good service and really all that is needed for a nice simple stay.
