"It was disgusting. There was mold in the carpet, dirt and dust and crass in every room corner, a smell of rot everywhere, humidity in the air... without mentioning the little surprises like the used q-tips on the fireplace, the yellowish bathrobe hanged on a rusty nail in the bathroom, the single sock in our bedding... I haven't received a single message of the owner. I asked for a refund. It wasn't sanitary."

"This is an amazing place to stay. Has everything you need after a day of exploring town and of course golf. Within walking distance to downtown St. Andrew’s. It was great for 4 guys on a golf trip- everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Marvyn the host was incredible. Great communications prior to arrival and during our stay. Went out of his way to help us. Will be staying here again. "

"Loved our stay! House was perfect for our entire family traveling together to Edinburgh. Close to train, host offered excellent restaurant recommendations, clean, spacious, beautiful gardens. "The house was fantastic for four groups of adults the bedrooms are all en-suite with immaculate bathrooms and all very quiet. The main living area is huge and provided plenty of space all the family to enjoy themselves. Close enough to Dundee city centre and waterfront to be able to walk in 30 mins. House was very clean on arrival and this made my wife’s stay very enjoyable. Taypark hotel is just down the hill so this was handy for something to eat or even a drink.Could have done with some...

"The apartment was relatively clean and tidy. We did not get our breakfast package we pre ordered, after a couple emails and phone calls, determined was an oversite, a bit disappointed.
