"The rooms were smaller than average , disappointed no air conditioning atall , the bathroom was permanently boiling hot with no way to adjust , and not even a fan in the room atall, the beds were very comfortable and the location was amazing , the staff were really helpful and really friendly, they really go out Thier way to help"

The on-site restaurant Zafishowani is excellent and certainly worth a visit. The staff are all very pleasant and a shout out to housekeeping for their servicing of the rooms. Finally the location of the Hanza is perfect within walking distance of all major attractions and boat trips."
