"The concierge was excellent. She made arrangements for me to self check in after the front desk was closed because my ferry arrived late at night and she also made arrangements for me to check out and come back later and get my bag and wash up before my flight. Very accommodating! Hotel was nice and new, and in a part of town near many restaurants, shopping, the bus terminal, and the history old town. "

"Wir waren über Weihnachten und Silvester da. In diesem Teil der Stadt hatten zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte offen, während die Altstadt komplett geschlossen hatte. "This property is in the heart of the old town. Everything is just outside your door. Despite this it was quiet inside and we slept so well. The room was lovely and the shower was amazing. We walked easily to the beach and it’s not far to the harbour with all the boat trips and ferries. Would recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to stay in an all inclusive resort and likes to be based more in town. We loved it and Lena was so helpful"

"Das Badezimmer und war nicht sehr sauber der Abfluss in der Dusche funktioniert nicht so dass dort ein putzeimer mit einem Wischmop stand und man selber nach dem Duschen das ganze Badezimmer putzen musste damit es nicht in den Flur läuft also nicht einfach nur in den Abfluss schieben sondern wirklich mit einem Putzlappen wischen und ausfringen"
