"Small space living space, but perfect as a place for 3 or 4 to sleep overnight."

"This place was great!!! Just a half mile from the North Falls trailhead. Host was very responsive including checking in with us to see if we needed anything. I didn’t remember seeing it listed, but the place included a state park pass, which was a great extra perk. Just read the description carefully (it is accurate) about what the apartment includes and doesn’t. There is no oven or stove, just a microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker and a small refrigerator. As long as you know this, you will be...

"Was a wonderful experience."

"This property was located close to the town center, but very private. Immaculately clean, roomy and thoughtfully laid out! We will stay here again!!"

"Great location and comfortable"

"Great spacious spot with all the amenities you need. Easy walking distance to town, Amtrak, Bus, University, Capitol, Minto-Brown Park, etc. Fun vibe and very comfy. Everything was in great working order. Thanks!"

"If I could, I'd give 6 stars!! We will definitely use this place when we come back to Albany. Great host, great communication. The house was perfect. I honestly can't think of one thing that would make it better"

"The Carsners are always excellent hosts! We have reason to stay in the area on a regular basis and CTF is our go-to for overnight accomodations. They are generous, fun, fastidious hosts. Their place is close enough to town to be convenient, but far enough away to feel like a retreat."

"I was very happy with the property. The house was very comfortable and the coffee service was a great surprise. I would stay again!"
