"The hotel and staff were wonderful! It’s in a great location next to the Alamo and downtown. The Tavern has great food and drinks. Unfortunately the parking situation is not ideal there. There are 2 options one is valet parking for $65 and then there is self parking which whoever the vendor is for it is extremely dishonest with their pricing advertising $48 for 4-24 hours of parking and when you go to use it it 12 hours is $56 and adding another 2 hours would have been $42. To avoid this use the valet parking. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay"

"The pool had was broken at one point and it flooded lobby, we also had issues with water, came out brown in our rooms. We had got 3 rooms. Problem only lasted a few hours but we couldn't use pool still. Over all beds were comfortable and it was quiet and close to where we needed to be."

"Absolutely the best place to stay. Walking distance to the Alamo and Riverwalk. Excellent food at the Indian restaurant on the hotel property. Staff was very helpful and friendly . Room was very comfortable."
